Terms of service

The Roadmap

The Reach Roadmap is $1,500, payable up front, delivered in roughly two weeks. You receive the written plan and fixed prices and keep them whether or not you engage us further.

If you proceed to a build within 90 days, the full $1,500 is credited against your first invoice.

Retainers

Billed monthly in advance: Foundation $2,000, Growth $4,500, Operator $8,000. The first ninety days is a committed term so the work has time to show results.

After that it is month to month, cancellable with 30 days’ notice, with no exit fee.

The response guarantee

If a lead captured by a system we built is not responded to within five minutes during agreed hours, and the cause is our system rather than an outage at your provider, that month’s retainer is refunded.

We report our own misses in the monthly report rather than waiting to be asked.

Ownership

Accounts, data, phone numbers, domains and the configurations we build are yours and registered in your name. Reusable internal tooling of ours stays ours, but you keep a perpetual licence to whatever runs your business.

Third-party software costs (CRM seats, messaging, ad spend) are yours directly and are never marked up by us.

What we need from you

Timely access to the systems involved, one decision-maker who can approve wording, and roughly three hours in the first two weeks.

If we are blocked for more than 30 days we may pause the engagement and resume when you are ready.

Limits and law

We do not guarantee revenue outcomes. We guarantee response times, delivery of what is scoped, and honest reporting. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding three months. the U.S. law governs.
