The method

Five systems, installed in the order that pays first.

No big-bang launch and no six-month project. Each stage goes live on its own and starts earning before the next one starts — so you are never paying for something that has not proved itself.

Watch one lead go through it

Nobody listens to voicemail. It doesn't matter anymore.

1 / New voicemail · 0:41

“Yeah hi, uh, this is Carol on Maple, the uh… the furnace thing again…”

2 / Transcribed · 3 seconds later

“Hi, this is Carol Reyes on Maple Ave — the furnace is making that noise again, it's getting cold tonight, can someone come out this week?”

3 / Job card built

4 / Done — 90 seconds after she hung up

Carol texted back: booked, tomorrow 8am. The job card is already in your schedule with the warranty noted.

You were on a roof the whole time.

Stage by stage

What each stage does, in plain English.

1 · Catch

Every call, form, text and message lands in one place with a name attached. No more leads sitting in a personal inbox or on a sticky note in the truck.

2 · Answer

A real reply inside five minutes, day or night, written in your voice with two time slots and a booking link. If it takes longer than five minutes, the month is on us.

3 · Follow up

Quotes chased on a schedule you approve once. No-shows rebooked. Cold leads from last year reawakened. It runs until they book or say no.

4 · Run

The job sheet becomes the invoice. Intake, scheduling, reminders and payment chasing stop depending on someone remembering.

5 · Prove

One page a month: leads in, jobs won, hours saved, dollars against what you paid us. You see it before we do.

What it takes from you

About three hours, then half an hour a month.

Week 1–2Two conversations and access to what you already use. We do the mapping.
Week 3–6One review call to approve the wording that goes to your customers.
OngoingHalf an hour a month on the report. That's the whole ask.

The line we do not cross

Four things we will not automate.

Bad news. A delay, a price increase, a mistake — a person says that, in their own words.

Anything pretending to be you. Automated messages identify themselves when asked. No fake names, no fake voices.

Quoting real work sight-unseen. Ranges and booking, yes. A number you have to honour, no.

Judgement calls about people. Who to fire, who to trust, who gets the emergency slot tonight. Yours.

It starts with the Roadmap — two weeks, $1,500, credited toward the build.
